This package includes:
- the conversion of a form document (provided by you) into an editable PDF form of up to 4 pages (one document).
- up to 3 revisions (if required).
- Turn around of 2-3 business days (often sooner).
You will provide a PDF image file or an editable (Microsoft Word or Google Docs or other editable text) format of the form document that you want to be converted.
You will receive a PDF version of your document which will have editable fields for filling in answers into your form. The PDF form will be completely shareable on any device.
