Goal-Planning Session & 1 Month Accountability Coach

How would you like to have a coach who will help you set a personalised plan to achieve your goals and provide ongoing support to help you tweak your habits and ensure your success?

I will help you establish your BIG SMART GOAL and work with you to create a clear plan to achieve each milestone, task, and habit to ensure you have a concrete direction to work towards each day and make sure it does happen.

I will also be your accountability partner and provide the motivation for to you finally get your business and personal goals on track and done! We'll also work to establish a strong mindset and a plan to overcome roadblocks that will almost certainly come up along the way.

To do this, you will need to set aside some time to make a concrete plan and then commit to it and stay accountable. This requires some discipline on your behalf and a strong commitment to stay on track and keep your goals up front and center and make them a priority.

After purchasing this project:

I will send you a questionnaire which you will need to fill-in and return to me so we can start the project. The delivery time starts from when I receive the completed questionnaire and commitment document from you. After this, we will book our first 20 min face-to-face Zoom discovery call.

First Week - Discovery Session:

During this discovery session, we will begin to get to know each other. I'll explain how I work and what you should expect. We'll discuss your goals and aspirations and discover whether this is a good partnership and whether what I have to offer will be of service to you. I will leave you with some simple action tasks and some questions to think about before our next big session which we will schedule for the following week.

Second Week - Your Personalised Goal-Setting Session:

This is when we set off towards real success with your first SMART goal! During this personalised 60-min Zoom goal-setting session we will define and refine your goal and lay out the achievable milestones, and monthly, weekly and daily steps to get there. We'll work together to make sure you can commit to achieving each of the actions and habits we establish and we will set-up a tracking system so you can track your weekly and daily progress towards your goal.

After this:

I'll leave YOU to implement the plan we put in place! I will be watching your daily progress through the tracker and I will provide regular comments and motivation via messages as you progress. I will be your cheer squad the whole way!!

We will schedule two fortnightly calls for the first month to go through the progress you have made towards your goal and discuss any refinements or changes that need to be made going forwards.

Remember that my purpose is to keep you on track to achieve your goals!!

You will receive:

  • Real clarity and focus on the goals you really want to achieve.
  • Access to my workbooks and templates to help you with your goal setting
  • A daily and weekly check-in system
  • A fortnightly call to ensure you remain motivated and stay on track
  • Real accountability and motivation to ensure you keep the fire alive and don't quit.

  • A commitment to undertake the actions and tasks that we agree on to achieve your goals.
  • An understanding that I will be there to give you a kick in the butt and help motivate you to take significant and specific actions, but that YOU are the one who has to take all the action.

If after this first month you feel like you have made some real progress towards your goal and that my system is having a positive influence on your life, I invite you to join me for ongoing monthly tracking for as long as it takes to achieve your goal.

I also will offer my 90-day and 365-day Goal-Setting and Accountability Coaching programs. Each quarter we will set SMART GOALS and I will be your accountability partner for the whole 90-days. With the 365-day program, you will have access to 4-full quarters of support.
