Remote attendance is
$85 per hour attending the Meeting
$75 per hour transcription (approximately 1.5 to 2 hour transcription time per 'live' hour of the meeting) depending on complexity involved.
Transcription from Recording is
$75 per hour to transcribe the Meeting (approximately 1.5 to 2 hour transcription time per 'live' hour of the meeting) depending on complexity involved.
FORMAL MINUTES
$85 p/h during business hours for the remote attendance ``at the meeting plus the time required to prepare, refine and deliver a draft set of Minutes, plus any revision time, depending on the complexity of detail required. Once off setup fee of $97 (quote to be provided if lengthy) to discuss templates, setup necessary administrative processes, provide previous Minutes for reference and establish dates to ensure availability.
Our rates include:-
1. Preparing for the meeting
2. From a recording taking, refining and liaison re: Minutes (approximately 1.5 to 2 hour transcription time per 'live' hour of the meeting) depending on complexity involved.
3. Finalising any reasonable changes required.
We normally like to establish the length of time required for meetings and transcription and move to a package of hours model, going forward, after requirements have been established.
We can provide a formal quote and a services agreement for privacy and confidentiality.
We have many bookings for my services, so often this service needs to be conducted from a live recording and transcribed later.
