Farm admin and technical support - Dropbox/Outlook/Excel

We have a 500+ registered beef breeding herd run across two properties in the Gippsland region of Victoria. I am seeking assistance to streamline our administration concerning the following:
* Update and consolidate my Dropbox files.
* Set up and sync multiple email addresses to Microsoft Outlook across numerous devices.
* Create client data spreadsheets in Excel.

Prior knowledge of the Stockbook animal records program would be an advantage, but not essential.
