Virtual Assistant Wanted – CRM Setup & Ongoing Admin Support
Our company, motelsos.com, was created to deliver practical and relevant training that equips new and aspiring motel managers with the confidence, skills, and knowledge they need to succeed from day one. We also support moteliers and owners by bridging the gap between training and recruitment, drawing on extensive experience in Human Resources and industry best practices.
As we continue to grow, I am looking for a detail-focused Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing administrative support. This role is ideal for someone proactive, tech-savvy, and happy to share their ideas.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the setup and configuration of our CRM system (Zoho) to align with our workflow
Creating and managing merge templates for emails, documents, and client communications
Proofreading training and client materials to ensure clarity and professionalism
General administrative tasks as needed, with potential for the role to grow over time
Ideally, you will have:
Experience with Zoho CRM (or similar platforms)
Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
An interest in hospitality or training-based businesses (nice to have, but not essential)
