I’m Mel Manchee, founder of Admin Angel Co and an experienced Admin Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience across administration, executive support, project coordination and office management.

I help small businesses and growing teams get their admin, systems and processes working properly behind the scenes. Rather than simply taking tasks off your plate, I look at how your business operates, identify the gaps, bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and create practical systems that make the day-to-day easier to manage.

Through Admin Angel Co, I support businesses with workflow and process development, SOPs and documentation, client administration systems, onboarding processes, role clarity, governance and general operational organisation.

I’m particularly passionate about helping business owners who have grown to the point where keeping everything in their head, relying on ad-hoc processes or simply “making it work” is starting to hold the business back.
